Les Lions locaux de la Terenga remporte le trophée du championnat d’Afrique des Nations en s’imposant dans la séance des tirs au but 5-4 devant le pays hôte l’Algérie. C’était ce samedi 4 février au stade Nelson Mandela de Baraki climatisé après le dernier tir raté des Fennecs.

L’équipe nationale A’ du Sénégal imite l’équipe A en s’adjugeant le trophée du CHAN face à l’équipe nationale locale d’Algérie qui a accueilli la compétition. C’était lors de la finale disputée ce samedi 4 février 2023 au stade Nelson Mandela de Baraki. Il a fallu la séance fatidique des tirs au but pour voir les Lions venir à bout des Fennecs 5-4, temps réglementaire 0-0.
Ce trophée est la première pour le Sénégal dans l’histoire du CHAN.
Pour rappel, le Madagascar a enlevé la médaille de bronze devant le Niger battu 1-0 ce vendredi 3 février.
