Le vendredi 15 septembre dernier, l’USM Alger battait Al Ahly d’Égypte 1 but à 0 décrochant ainsi sa première Supercoupe CAF à Taïf en Arabie saoudite . Les Algériens contrairement aux anciens vainqueurs touchera une grosse enveloppe de 500 000 USD. Al Ahly d’Égypte le finaliste malheureux recevra 250 000 USD.
Pour rappel, les anciens vainqueurs de la Supercoupe CAF percevraient 200 000 USD et le finaliste malheureux 125 000 USD.
